Executive Recruiter
You will own full-cycle searches for senior leadership roles, from defining role scope and candidate profiles through interviews, offers, and closing. You will partner with senior leadership, build executive talent networks, map markets, maintain recruiting data, and deliver a discreet candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle executive searches across senior leadership roles
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define role scope, success criteria, and candidate profiles
- Build and maintain a network of senior talent across engineering, product, business, and operations
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy
- Run structured interview processes for senior candidates
- Manage the executive candidate experience with discretion and professionalism
- Lead offer processes, including compensation benchmarking, structuring, and closing strategy
- Track pipeline health and maintain accurate data in Ashby
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, including executive and senior leadership searches
- Track record of closing VP-level and above candidates in competitive markets
- Deep network across engineering, product, finance, or operations
- Experience assessing senior leaders
- Ability to communicate with founders, board members, and senior executives
- Discretion in handling sensitive searches
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- Background at an executive search firm or retained search practice
- Experience at a startup or high-growth technology company
- Familiarity with Ashby or modern ATS tools
- Interest in crypto, markets, or fintech
