Executive Registration

• Receive customer samples and verify accompanying documentation.
• Register samples accurately in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Assign unique sample identification numbers and generate work orders.
• Verify test requests, sample details, and customer information.
• Coordinate with technical departments regarding sample allocation and testing schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of sample receipt, registration, and dispatch.
• Communicate with customers regarding sample status, missing information, or clarifications.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and traceability of samples.
