Executive, Retail Support


Role of Executive, Retail Support (Part time, 1-year contract)

1. Centre Operations & Retail Support

• Centre Operations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, beneficiaries, and families at the Club Rainbow Resilience Hub
  • Manage front counter duties, including calls, enquiries, and visitor coordination
  • Coordinate the on-site implementation of programmes, including space setup, scheduling, and logistical arrangements
  • Ensure general upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of the Centre and equipment
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, office and pantry supplies, and basic procurement
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
  • Support donation handling (include donation-in-kind) as well as asset and document disposal with Finance
  • Support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and Environmental Sustainability & Governance (ESG) initiatives, and compliance with organisational policies.

• Retail Support (at Ang Mo Kio)

  • Support day-to-day operations of the retail’s shopfront, including customer service, sales transactions, merchandise display, stock replenishment and inventory management
  • Facilitate the collection and fulfilment of merchandise, baked goods and online orders

2. Programme & Administrative Operations

  • Logistical Execution: Deliver comprehensive administrative and logistical support for all onsite centre-based programmes and services, including Education Support and Vocational Development initiatives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, participation logs, and administrative files related to weekend programmes.

Requirements

  • At least ITE/ Diploma in any discipline related to social sciences, education or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in social service sector or non-profit organisation, preferably in administration, operations or programme support
  • Creative, nurturing and passionate in working with children
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills with an interest in relationship building
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
  • Service-oriented, adaptable, and a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Work Arrangements

  • Required to work 2 days per week (Saturday to Sunday or as rostered)
  • Primary Work Location: Ang Mo Kio, 10am to 4pm
  • Required to provide coverage across Club Rainbow’s Centres islandwide, as rostered and when operational needs arise
  • 1 year renewable contract (subject to organization needs and performance)
