Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Prepare Cost build-up and Quotation
- Order Processing and Invoicing
- Handle Import and Export shipment and documentation
- Update sales forecast
- Cross function coordination
- Communication with customers and various stakeholders
- Occasional Travel
- Other duties assigned from time to time
Person Specifications
- Possess at least a Diploma with 5 years sales admin experience / relevant industry experience
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years sales admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge of shipping processes.
- Knowledge in free trade agreement
