Executive-Sales & Marketing
Role Purpose:
Manage sales functions among with B2B direct trade channel, maintain good relationship with customers to maximize sales, profits, product availability in the market and collection.
Key Activities:
Responsible of managing the achievement of unit sales through B2B direct selling channel.
To promote and develop B2B business with industrial, commercial and corporate clients by providing tailored solutions in industrial oils, lubricants, and greases to meet their operational requirements.
Identify product sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.
Increase customer retention in the area by providing inputs on requirements and needs.
Manage the established credit sales criteria to ensure sustainable sales growth and help the business to determine the market size and potential of the customers.
Liaising in the sales activities and improvements to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring.
Collaborates with the cross-functional teams within the organization by operational performance discussions to achieve the revenue other KPIs.
Oversee and evaluate the performance of the sales operations to improve overall results.
Continuously manage and evaluate sales achievements by initiating sales and marketing campaigns to business strategies to achieve set targets.
Marketing intelligent activities and strategies for business growth.
