Executive/Senior Executive, Examination Administration

Accountabilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the implementation of regulatory standards and controls within EA processes.
- Examination Administration: Plan and execute activities necessary to support the smooth administration of SIM Global Education (GE) examinations.
- Audits: Ensure readiness of documentations to support all internal and external audits on EA department.
- Records Keeping: Maintain examination records in accordance to established EA processes.
- EA Policies and Procedures: Provide and compile inputs to the review of EA policies and procedures to meet operational/annual review requirements.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Recommend and implement improvements to EA processes to address new business requirements/user experience and in achieving operational efficiency.
- Budgeting: Monitor and manage the annual budget of EA department for budget items assigned by Managerial Leadership.
- Mentorship: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
- Examination Board Support: Execute activities needed to generate reports and analysis of examination results/statistics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic Education
Minimally a bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in higher education.
- Proven track records of collaborating with team in achieving results.
Skills
- Proficient in mentoring team members.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in utilising digital tools to enhance work effectiveness.
