Executive / Senior Executive (External Relations)
Responsibilities:
Assist Management in establishing, engaging, and managing SCCCI’s local, global and regional network of business chambers, overseas partners and stakeholders.
Engage and liaise with SCCCI’s key stakeholders to build and strengthen relationships, facilitate and operationalise meetings and official travel arrangements.
Proactively assess and recommend incoming delegation requests, engaging stakeholders to determine suitability of engagement.
Provides active secretariat support on administrative notes, briefing documents, minutes of meetings and monthly reports.
Assist to analyze global and regional developments that are relevant and with implications to Singapore.
Requirements:
Recognised degree in Chinese Studies, Social Sciences, Business, or a related discipline from a recognised university.
Strong interest in international and regional geopolitical and economic developments, and in current affairs.
Preferably possess 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
Must be systematic in work processes, attention to details, self-motivated and a good team player.
