Executive/ Senior Executive, Marketing Communications (2 years contract)

As a member of the Marketing Communications team, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for Paragon, with a focus on driving shopper engagement, spend and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of mall-wide marketing campaigns, events, festive programmes and customer engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate campaign implementation across various touchpoints, including in-mall displays, digital channels, social media, website, app and other marketing collaterals
  • Support Paragon Club campaigns, member privileges, events and other loyalty initiatives aimed at driving member engagement and spend
  • Work closely with tenants to encourage participation in mall campaigns, promotions, events and other collaborative marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with creative, media, PR, digital and event agencies, as well as contractors and other partners, to ensure campaigns and events are delivered smoothly and on schedule
  • Assist in developing marketing communications, including campaign copy, tenant communications, EDMs, website content, social media posts and on-site signage
  • Manage and update Paragon's website, app, social media platforms and other digital content to ensure information is timely and accurate
  • Follow up on enquiries and leads for advertising sites, atrium spaces and other marketing opportunities, and assist with the coordination of bookings and related arrangements
  • Track campaign performance, including shopper traffic, sales, participation, engagement and other relevant KPIs, and assist in preparing post-campaign reports and management updates
  • Support campaign budget administration, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, cost tracking and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on operational requirements to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns and events
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing Communications team where required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or a relevant discipline
  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Experience in retail mall, hospitality, events, social media or digital marketing will be advantageous
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in copywriting and proofreading
  • Creative, resourceful and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and comfortable working with tenants, agencies, contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media and digital content platforms would be advantageous
  • Able to work outside regular office hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for campaigns and events
