- Preliminary definition of overall operation of new modular assembly.
- Feasibility study on shopfloor for new modular assembly in regards on logistics and assembly for new modular assembly.
- Detail definition of new modular operation flow process.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for benchmarking process for modular assembly.
- Initial definition of total operation of modular assembly process; Direct & indirect manpower, assembly process tools & equipment, process cycle time.
- Provide customer/principle with project schedule/timeline for new modular assembly.
- Liaise with vendor for part testing if required.
- Create initial part sourcing logistics process; upstream & downstream.
- Feasibility study for part localization.
- Jig, fixture & trolley design study.
- Process traceability definition.
- RASI chart for new modular assembly for new modular operation.
- Technical presentation with customer/principle.
- Overall operation definition in accordance with ISO, IATF, TISAX.
