Job Purpose
The Site Executive will be responsible for supervising installation, commissioning, site coordination, quality checks, reporting, and execution activities for membrane and biogas projects at client locations. The role requires strong technical understanding, coordination skills, and execution monitoring to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site installation activities as per approved drawings and standards.
Coordinate with project managers, installation teams, vendors, and clients.
Ensure proper installation of membrane systems, blowers, piping, control panels, and related accessories.
Monitor site safety, quality standards, and work discipline.
Conduct installation inspections, pre-commissioning checks, and commissioning support activities.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site reports, and installation checklists.
Ensure proper alignment, fitment, and quality of membrane installations.
Verify readiness of civil platforms and installation surfaces before execution.
Coordinate material movement, site readiness, and manpower planning.
Identify and escalate technical or execution-related issues on time.
Support testing, trial runs, and handover activities.
Maintain professional coordination with clients during execution.
Ensure completion of projects within timelines and quality standards.
