EXECUTIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Executive Support Specialist for the HQ Air Combat Command Directorate of Intelligence (HQ ACC/A2), performing comprehensive analysis of directorate-wide functions and processes. The position serves as a key coordinator for planning efforts, conducts studies, and prepares staff packages to support executive decision-making.

DUTY 1: Performs comprehensive administrative and program analysis, monitors directorate-wide operations, and prepares staff packages, analytical studies, and recommendations to support the Director of Intelligence and Directorate Senior Staff. Applies qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to evaluate administrative management processes, workflow metrics, and assigned programs across the entire Directorate. DUTY 2: Serves as a project officer for directed initiatives and special interest items. Directs and manages special projects, performing assigned analysis to ensure objectives are met within established timeframes. As project officer, coordinates with key players to identify needed resources and track progress against established milestones. DUTY 3: Coordinates and tracks higher-headquarters taskings for the Directorate. Performs staff-level review of incoming taskers, identifying potential issues and assigning actions to the appropriate internal functions with specific directions for the required response. Monitors suspense dates and ensures proper internal staffing of issues. DUTY 4: Manages and integrates administrative resource programs for the Intelligence Directorate. Oversees workflow management processes, tracks civilian/military personnel administrative actions, and coordinates specialized training/onboarding programs.
