EXECUTIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Administrative Officer in the Command Section of the 439 Airlift Wing. The position is responsible for administering and directing the wing's executive support functions and insuring that day-to-day operations comply with the policies of the commander.

- Serves as the executive advisor on programs and initiatives within the wing. - Performs a variety of staff studies relating to the management of the wing. - Plans/conducts staff meetings as directed. - Manages wing resources for executive support, services and activities. - Implements security measures in compliance with regulations and monitors measures to assure effectiveness.
