About This Role
We are looking for an Executive, Technology Ecosystem Maintenance & Support to support the availability, maintenance and continuous improvement of PTP's business applications and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain business applications to ensure optimum performance and availability.
- Perform planned and corrective application maintenance.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades and application development based on business requirements.
- Develop reports, tools and data extracts based on user requirements.
- Manage user requests and provide suitable IT solutions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and application change management.
- Participate in IT/application projects from implementation through handover.
- Manage application user accounts and access.
- Provide Service Desk and application support, including troubleshooting and resolution within agreed service levels.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, information security and relevant procedures.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in application development and support, Enterprise System Support or a related IT environment.
- Exposure to programming languages and database systems.
- Knowledge of applications, desktop environments, networking and Microsoft servers.
- Familiarity with ITIL Service Desk; ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
- Good communication, troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Able to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willing to support outside normal working hours or shifts when required.
