Executive, Telemarketing
Summary
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote services, identify leads, and maintain customer records while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns and daily outreach activities
- Support the Business Development team in identifying potential leads and customer segments
- Make outbound calls and follow up with customers to promote services and gather
- Coordinate with other departments for promotions, events, and customer service efforts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results, and escalate feedback as required to improve service and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all telemarketing activities follow regulatory and company policies and compliance standards at all times
Job Requirements
- Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- Prior experience in customer service roles or similar industry
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
