As a Experienced Customer Experience Training Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to shape the training strategy and initiatives that will drive our organization's customer experience to new heights. Your expertise in instructional design, training methodologies, and leadership will be crucial in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the capabilities of our employees at all levels.

You'll work out of our Warsaw, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by enhancing customer experiences, improving employee capabilities, aligning with the customer experience strategy, cultivating a customer-centric culture, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to organizational growth and success.

Purpose of the position:

Providing seminars and training as well as normative training for the fire alarm technology and PAVA business unit.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Preparation and implementation of national training
• Preparation and implementation of online training, also internationally
• Creation of training material for presentations and training
• Creation of e-learning content, e.g. with Articulate
• Working with subject matter experts, or third parties, develop training curricula and content based upon input from and, the needs of the business
• Assess the current training curriculum and update as required
• Technical sales support
• Special training at the customer's request

• Technical knowledge of ESSER and NOTIFIER fire alarm technology
• Normative expertise for fire alarm systems (e.g. EN 54, polish legislative, knowledge in the field of voice alarms is advantageous)
• Strong team skills with excellent communication skills
• Good presentation skills and good MS Office knowledge
• Experience in national and international business environment
• Languages: good knowledge of English and Polish, any other language an advantage
• Willingness to travel nationally and, if necessary, internationally in Europe
