- Key Responsibilities
- Track parts and jobs through the manufacturing process and routers
- Follow work orders through machining, inspection, and completion
- Identify bottlenecks and delays and work with the team to resolve them
- Communicate job status updates to supervisors and management
- Motivate and encourage shop floor personnel to meet deadlines
- Build strong working relationships across departments
