Responsibilities
- Calls out, assembles and verifies food orders in kitchen resulting in fast service by performing the following duties.
- Removes orders from printer, places on rail, at kitchen service counter.
- Reviews order for accuracy. Communicates with Food and Beverage supervisor via radio.
- Examines portioning and garnishing of completed food order.
- Assembles order in “ready fire” manner. Hands off assembled orders to waiting runners in a first up manner.
- Follows all health and safety regulations with food handling, time and temperature.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
- Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.
- Clear fingerprinting/background check.
