The Patient Support Services team at Snow creates and promotes patient support programs.
Our team consists of specialists focused on helping brands deliver adherence support that meets patients’ needs. The programs we design are effective because they’re shaped by the people they serve.
Our behavioral and learning strategists, service designers, and content creators develop experiences. Together, we create learning, support, and adherence solutions that enhance patient outcomes and business results.
Summary:
As the Experience Design Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create patient-centered solutions, drive empathetic design that addresses unmet needs. Key skills include empathy, logical thinking and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
Support design and development of patient-centered service programs.
Conduct audits of client and competitive products and services.
Develop briefs outlining user needs, expectations and accessibility considerations.
Facilitate user research, brainstorming and ideation sessions.
Create service blueprints, experience maps and value propositions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Marketing or related field.
2+ years of experience in Experience Design Strategy, Service Design or Customer Experience.
Experience in service design, product design, visualization and design psychology.
Effective storytelling and communication abilities.
Strong collaborative, creative, logical and resourceful mindset.
$70,000 - $90,000
