About the job
The Experience Designer is responsible for creating user-centered digital experiences that balance functionality with visual design. This role ensures that our products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journeys, flows, and wireframes that simplify complex interactions.
- Apply accessibility and usability best practices to all designs.
- Deliver high-fidelity visual designs that are consistent, on-brand, and responsive across devices.
- Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Produce prototypes for validation and stakeholder alignment.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other teams to translate requirements into designs.
- Provide clear documentation and design specifications for implementation.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and performance data.
Requirements and Qualification
- Strong portfolio demonstrating quality visual design and interface aesthetics.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI, Experience Design, Product Design, or a related digital design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital experience design.
- Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly flows.
- Consistency in applying brand and design system guidelines.
- Evidence of incorporating research and feedback into designs.
- Experience using testing and validation methods.
- Consideration for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design.
- Effectiveness in cross-functional teamwork and clarity in presenting design decisions and rationale.
- Ability to simplify complex problems through design, with creativity in proposing new solutions.
- Proactivity in identifying UX/UI improvements.
