Experience Sales Manager

Your role is to help clients discover the best spa treatments and packages while ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Each interaction matters: you’ll guide clients through service options, upsell where appropriate, and follow up to maintain loyalty. Beyond individual sales, you’ll align lightly with team members to ensure daily targets are achieved. Success in this role is measured by satisfied clients, repeat visits, and consistent sales performance.

What we’re looking for: someone with at least 1 year of sales experience, confident in discussing wellness and skincare solutions, organized, and goal-oriented.

Pay: 3000 USD monthly base plus commission | Independent Contractor (1099)
