What We’re Looking For:

A-Level Technician

• Confident in advanced diagnostics
• CDJR experience is a big plus (not required, but helpful)
• Can handle complex drivability, engine, and transmission work
• Team player who can mentor younger techs when needed

B-Level Technician

• Strong diagnostic skills
• Comfortable with drivability
• Can handle most jobs independently
• Wants to keep learning and move toward A-level
