Experienced Analyst, Private Capital Markets
You will join the Private Capital Markets team and play a meaningful role in strengthening relationships across the investor universe. You will collect and analyze market data to improve investor targeting and support new investor discovery. You will help develop marketing materials and investor communications, build internal infrastructure and robust datasets, and contribute to the execution of live capital raise and M&A processes while working side by side with senior bankers. You will also develop and maintain tools that strengthen investor relationships and improve deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market data to enhance investor targeting and support new investor discovery
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and investor communications
- Support the build-out of internal infrastructure and robust datasets for clients
- Contribute to the execution of live capital raise and M&A processes
- Develop and maintain tools that strengthen investor relationships and improve deal execution
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related capital markets role
- Strong academic record; bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA from a top-tier institution preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with initiative to identify and act on opportunities
- High level of integrity and sound professional judgment
- Comfortable engaging with investment professionals and navigating institutional investor relationships
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required
