Team Automotive is looking for an experienced, results-driven Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and help take our customer engagement and appointment performance to the next level.

This is a key leadership position for someone who knows the automotive business, understands how to build and motivate a successful BDC team, and isn't afraid to jump in, coach from the front, and hold the team accountable for results.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive BDC management experience is required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing BDC team.
• Strong understanding of automotive internet lead management and CRM processes.
• Experience managing BDC KPIs, appointment ratios, show rates, and conversion rates.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using data and reporting to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example and holds themselves and their team accountable.

Compensation & Benefits
