What You'll Do

  • Potentially assist the Detail Manager with daily operations, workflow, and assignment of vehicles to ensure timely completion.
  • Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards for cleanliness, appearance, and quality.
  • Help train, coach, and support Detail Technicians while maintaining a productive, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Used Car departments to prioritize vehicles for the lot, customer delivery, and reconditioning.
  • Maintain high-quality standards on every vehicle
  • Keep the shop and lot clean, organized, and presentable

What We're Looking For

  • Automotive detailing or vehicle reconditioning experience preferred.
  • Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple vehicles and deadlines.
  • Good communication and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Flexible schedule (including evenings and Saturdays)
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED required
