RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to delivery
  

• Build strong customer relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience
  

• Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles
  

• Merchandise and maintain attractive vehicle displays
  

• Generate leads through effective phone skills, marketing, and proactive follow-up
  

• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities
  

• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
  

• Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least one year of sales experience required
  

• Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
  

• Valid U.S. driver's license required
  

• Relatively clean driving record
  

• Must have or obtain the required sales license
  

• Ability to work full-time, including weekends
  

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a high-volume, competitive sales environment
  

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
