EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SALES PROFESSIONALS WANTED

Sands Chevrolet is growing its sales team and looking for experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our dealership in Surprise, AZ.

We are hiring for both Internet Sales and Floor Sales positions.

If you know how to work leads, build relationships, set appointments, present vehicles, negotiate, and close deals, we want to talk to you.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience required
  
• Proven ability to close automotive sales
  
• Experience with internet leads and/or showroom sales
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Comfortable making outbound calls and consistent follow-up
  
• CRM experience preferred
  
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
  
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
  

COMPENSATION

$3,000–$15,000+ PER MONTH
