Experienced Car Sales Executive Dublin

Job Brief

We're looking for an experienced and results-oriented salesperson to work with an established main franchise dealership in South Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell new and used vehicles using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
• Promote finance, insurance and accessory products;
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities;
• Keep abreast of motor industry trends
• Utilise CRM systems to prospect customers effectively
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a car salesperson in a main franchise dealer environment
• Excellent knowledge of Kerridge/ADP
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in new/used car sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

OTE €60,000.
