Right at Home is seeking dedicated and reliable Caregivers for evening and overnight shifts to provide quality in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis.
Experience is preferred but not required — we provide training to the right candidates! Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) are a plus.
What We’re Looking For:

Evening availability required
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Professional and dependable attitude
- Clear and effective English communication skills
- Ability to follow a care plan and ensure client comfort and safety
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor client well-being during overnight hours
- Travel to client homes within our service ZIP codes
