What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality service while maintaining an efficient shop culture. You will:
- Diagnose & Repair: Accurately and efficiently diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of customer and dealership vehicles.
- Master the Shop: Perform everything from routine maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs using cutting-edge diagnostic tools and manufacturer service data.
- Communicate Clearly: Partner with Service Advisors to provide transparent vehicle needs, digital inspections, and accurate repair recommendations.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your skills sharp by staying current with evolving automotive technology and factory service procedures.
- Work Safe & Clean: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized bay to ensure a productive team environment.
Qualifications (What We Are Looking For)
- Experience: 1–2 years of main shop automotive technician experience required.
- Certifications: ASE certifications and/or manufacturer factory training are a huge plus (and rewarded).
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting, and advanced diagnostic skills.
- Drive: A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and your own set of tools.
