Job Description
Guardian Angel Senior Services is currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to assist a lovely woman in our community of Amherst Massachusetts. If you have a passion for helping others and want a rewarding career, we would love to have you join our team. The hours are Monday- Friday and Saturday and Sundays from 5pm to 9pm.
Responsibilities
•Safety with transfers and Personal Care
• MUST HAVE DEMENTIA/ALZHEIMERS experience
• Light housekeeping (vacuuming, trash removal, changing bed linens, laundry)
• Meal preparation while following dietary restrictions
• Reminding and assisting clients with pre-dosed medications
• Providing companionship and support with daily activities

Qualifications
•Dementia/Alzheimer's experience required
• Compassionate and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to assist elderly clients with daily activities
• Reliable transportation preferred for some assignments
• Willingness to complete HHA training if not already certified
