What You’ll Do:
As a senior member of our clinical team, you’ll do much more than assist chairside. You’ll keep the whole clinical day moving. You will:
- Run the Back Office: Anticipate the doctor’s needs, minimize downtime, and keep the schedule on track.
- Use the Latest Tools: Work confidently with digital imaging, iTero intraoral scanning, and paperless systems.
- Lead the Team: Model excellent sterilization practices and mentor junior assistants to raise the level of the whole team.
- Put Patients at Ease: Guide nervous patients through their visits with warmth and confidence, turning them into loyal, long-term patients.
