Experienced Embroidery Operator

Job Summary
The Embroidery Operator is responsible for producing high-quality embroidered products, primarily hats, using industrial embroidery equipment. This role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain and operate Tajima embroidery machines in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Tajima embroidery machines to complete embroidery projects on a variety of materials, primarily hats.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper use of embroidery tools and supplies.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area to support efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Physical Demands
- Perform fast, repetitive movements with hands and arms.
- Work safely with sharp tools, industrial machinery, and equipment that may emit steam.
- Maintain close-range visual focus for precision work.
- Tolerate a medium-noise environment and use required safety equipment.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly squat, kneel, bend, stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward.
- Sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
