Summary
Product Owner role at emagine in Stockholm working on a global Sales ecosystem system, collaborating with Design and Tech teams to modernize the system from legacy to a proactive approach while owning various application domains and driving initiatives.
The team handles a system which is one of the most important systems in the global Sales eco-system. We enable sales on a global scale, serving and empowering thousands of sales representatives daily. We are a team of about 25 people working on making this happen. Our system is well on the way in a transformative journey from legacy and reactive firefighting with outdated processes and ways of working, to a more modern proactive, value and quality first approach. This is being done by improving the system wherever we make changes, in an evolutive maintenance fashion.
As an inspiring source of energy in our team, you will be expected to take initiatives and drive them. Being self-motivated and inspire to change will be a crucial success factor here.
For this long-term assignment, we are looking for someone who can contribute to the team with energy, knowledge and experience, and has the ability to inspire others. You will own various domains of the application, but also collaborate on bigger system-wide initiatives and features.
Your experience and input will be crucial for improving our ways of working. You have experience from working closely with Design and Tech in the past. Our team has a very good vibe and we have a lot of fun together, including Product, Design and Tech.
Salesportal is used by our global Sales to:
Create and ship tailor-made, customer-centric quotes for our products and services.
Configure the best possible products and services based on specific customer needs.
Tweak deal pricing.
Manage and sign sales contracts.
Order and follow up on quoted products and services.
And lots of other small tools to provide a competitive advantage.
Our current setup includes:
One Product Manager (Chief PO) responsible for the sales reps experience from lead to order (touching CRM systems and Salesportal).
Two junior Product Owners with good knowledge and energy, but a bit less practical experience in the craft of Product Ownership.
Design and Tech teams consisting of about 25 people.
Implementation team responsible for market adaptations and rollouts.
Market Super-users and a global Sales support team.
