Experienced Freight Dispatcher ( LATAM)
NewBe an early applicantWe are looking for an experienced Freight Dispatcher to join us long-term and support our OTR operations during the shift below.
- Dispatch 5–10 trucks using Truckstop & DAT
- Negotiate with brokers, book loads, and manage rate consistency
- Provide driver support including Track & Trace, detention handling, and delivery follow-up
- Manage POD/BOL collection and send documents for invoicing once the load is completed
- Handle Truck Not Used (TNU) pay—you must actively pursue it when a broker cancels
- Stay responsive during your shift window and maintain continuous monitoring of emails for driver and load updates
Your shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday). If you cover every truck early, we still expect you to remain online and responsive until 7 PM EST.
We need an experienced dispatcher who can run daily dispatch operations with confidence, speed, and accuracy—especially under broker-driven changes and cancellation scenarios.
- Experience: 3+ years of US dispatching experience
- Tools: Expert in Truckstop and DAT
- Communication: Fluent English
- Availability: Available from 7 AM to 7 PM EST
- Reliability: Reliable internet, a laptop, and a headset

- Proactive broker communication, including rate protection and resolution when issues arise
- Ownership mindset for TNU pay and driver support—no passiveness during cancellations
- Clear, professional communication with drivers and internal teams throughout the day
We hire experienced candidates only.
- Pay: $7–$10 USD/hour (DOE) + performance bonus per truck
- Weekly pay
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
- Remote work: 100% remote for LATAM
- Coverage policy: If we cover every single one of your trucks early, we still pay for the full day, but you must stay online to monitor emails and respond to drivers’ needs until 7 PM EST
