About HelloWorld

At the heart of our mission lies a great understanding of technology and a relentless drive for results. Whether it’s through our advanced AI products or bespoke tech services, we’re dedicated to providing innovative tech solutions to real-life business challenges of all scales.

A typical day for a space person at HelloWorld

  • We work mainly between 10:00 and 18:30 Athens time (EEST).
  • There is a daily morning call at 10:00, during which everyone participates to touch base and discuss various topics with their teammates. Topics are mainly irrelevant to actual work since this event is significant for human bonding since HelloWorld is a fully remote firm.
  • At 10:30, there is a team daily call to discuss priorities. To facilitate collaboration, we create small teams of 2-3 people orchestrated by the Head of Delivery.
  • Between 10:15 - 12:00, everyone fills out the daily Geekbot questionnaire on Slack.
  • People can take short breaks away from the keyboard within the day as long as there is an announcement in the #general Slack channel so that their teammates are aware. No one will count such offline periods; it is our people's discretion to cover this time accordingly.
  • People go offline mostly between 18:30 and 19:00.
  • Every two weeks, on Wednesdays at 17:00, there is an internal meetup event where everyone from the CEO to the most recent intern can present anything they like. Super polished slides are prohibited to keep it light and spontaneous.
  • On Fridays, we submit a weekly report using Geekbot to describe our week and share the status with the rest of the team.
  • Every quarter, the team votes for the space person of the quarter.
