Experienced Functional Assistant (L1/L2 Support)
Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for IT support and functional analysis? Inetum is looking for a Francophone Functional Assistant with strong L1/L2 support experience to join our team and be the driving force in user and business interactions
We’re looking for someone who can:
- ✅ Communicate fluently in French (C1+) and comfortably in English (B2+)
- ✅ Act as the main point of contact between users and IT teams, leading meetings and ensuring smooth communication
- ✅ Handle incident, request, and problem management in line with ITIL standards
- ✅ Perform standard SQL queries and understand code patterns for effective debugging
- ✅ Provide L1/L2 application support, with strong knowledge of production support processes
- ✅ Read and debug Java 8+ code (nice to have)
