This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace gutter systems, including seamless gutters, downspouts, and guards
- Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Inspect roofs and gutter systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Ensure proper drainage and secure attachment of all components
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Communicate with team members and customers professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in gutter installation or related field
- Knowledge of gutter systems, roofing basics, and drainage solutions
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with seamless gutter machines
- Basic carpentry or roofing experience
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Frequent climbing, bending, and lifting
- Use of ladders and safety equipment
