About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Central DFW, TX. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the gutter industry and help homeowners protect their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Leads are generated through company marketing and networking and self generated leads
- Educate customers on the benefits of our gutter services and products
- Prepare and present proposals to potential customers
- Create and send custom orders if needed
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation:
- Base $500 + $50 Car Stipend = $550 Weekly
- 5% Commission on all sales
- 1.5% bonus if monthly goal is met
