What We Offer:

We offer competitive wages ranging from $21 to $26 per hour with a weekend and night shift differential for certain shifts, along with an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, supplemental options, and a 401(k) match after six months. As an Experienced Patient Care Professional, you will play a vital role in:

• Supporting emergency and critical care patients throughout hospitalization
• Assisting with advanced diagnostics and treatments
• Monitoring patient status and advocating for patient needs
• Collaborating with specialists and emergency clinicians
• Providing compassionate, high-quality care during every stage of treatment
• Collaborate with veterinarians regarding patient priorities, admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Assist in managing caseload distribution and workflow during high-volume periods.
• Monitor hospitalized patient census and proactively identify resource or staffing needs.
• Serve as a point person for patient care coordination during emergencies and critical events.
• Support hospital-wide communication regarding patient status, treatment plans, and operational updates.
• Ensure appropriate prioritization of emergency admissions and critical patients.
