Our firm handles a diverse range of cases, mostly in Immigration but also in civil, criminal, and family law, representing individuals in both state and federal courts. This position is designed for an attorney who has already been practicing immigration law and is ready to step into an active caseload from day one — managing their own docket, appearing in immigration court, and handling matters before USCIS with minimal ramp-up time.
