Experienced Live-In Caregiver – Oak Brook & Riverside, IL
Open Arms Solutions is seeking experienced Live-In Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and DSPs for senior home care assignments in Oak Brook, Riverside, and nearby communities.
Have you provided live-in care before and feel confident supporting clients with complex care needs? We’re looking for dependable caregivers with previous live-in experience and hands-on experience caring for bedbound clients.

What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with bedbound care, repositioning, and safe transfers as appropriate
- Support daily living activities, comfort, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with hydration
- Provide medication reminders and safety supervision
- Complete light housekeeping and laundry related to the client
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Previous live-in caregiving experience required
- Hands-on experience caring for bedbound clients required
- Experience with senior care, home care, private duty, CNA, HHA, DSP, or a similar setting
- Comfortable providing personal care and working independently in a client’s home
- Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to complete required background screenings
Schedule
- Live-in care assignment
- 12-hour shifts
- Availability for the required schedule is essential
