1980s, they operate across 55 acres and deliver world-class services to both
domestic and international vessels.
Supporting over 100 marine
businesses, this precinct integrates marine trades, vessel sales, retail and
hospitality within a resort-style environment.
The owners are proud of their
long-tenured workforce, with many team members exceeding ten years of
service. Due to continued growth, they
are now seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their professional
front-of-house team.
This role offers the
opportunity to become part of a progressive and supportive organisation
contributing to the ongoing evolution of Australia’s marine industry.
The Opportunity
- Coordinating
vessel bookings for haul-outs, returns and marina stays
- Communicating
with a wide range of customers and onsite tenants via email, phone and
walk in’s
- Managing
inbound calls, emails, two-way radios and face-to-face enquiries
- Taking
payments, quoting, invoicing and general admin duties
- Scheduling
vessels and bookings
- Using
Pacsoft (marine based software), along with Microsoft Office (Outlook,
Excel, Word)
- Working
onsite full-timewithin a dynamic team environment
A Successful Candidate Will Have
- A
strong foundation of marine knowledge, understanding boats and the
industry is essential
- Excellent
communication skills and the ability to adapt to a broad customer base
- Strong
organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- A
proactive, customer-focused attitude with solid admin capabilities
- Full Australian working rights
