- Must be 23 years of age or older
- MINIMUM OF SIX MONTHS STRAIGHT/BOX TRUCK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- DOT Medical Card Required
- NO CDL Required
- Excellent Employment History
- No serious moving violations in the last three years
- NO DUIS IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS
- Fewer than two preventable accidents in the last three years
- No pending criminal charges
