Continia Software is a growing international software company with offices across multiple countries.
We are looking for a strong P&C Business Partner to support us in designing and implementing new P&C initiatives – with the ambition of working smart and to succeed preserving our unique culture that makes Continia a Great place to work.
About the Role
As a P&C Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for a designated group of stakeholders, and your success factor is to build trusted partnerships, understand their needs and help strengthen and support them in people-related initiatives that drive business success.
You are pragmatic, adaptable and have a professional track record from working close to the business as a sparring partner rather than a support function.
Alongside your partnering responsibilities, you will also be involved in recruitment across your areas and (co-)lead selected P&C initiatives together with the rest of the P&C team.
We grow together. That’s why we count on you to bring your experience into play and take initiative to challenge our current ways of working. As a partner to the executive leadership team at Continia, P&C has a common interest in adding as much value to the business as possible.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You bring solid experience from a broad P&C role and can step into the partnering position from the beginning.
Your role will include but not be limited to the below responsibilities
- Act as trusted P&C Business Partner and primary P&C contact for a designated group of leader teams and advise/challenge leaders on leadership capability, culture, people- and organization-related matters.
- Advise leaders on the execution and follow-up of annual P&C initiatives such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, team composition, workforce planning, succession planning, etc.
- Provide expert guidance on performance management, organizational change and disciplinary matters.
- Be back-up on end-to-end recruitment – primarily within your areas.
- Facilitate team development (using DiSC Catalyst).
- Lead or co-lead P&C initiatives together with designated P&C Consultant.
- Sustainable ambassador for the strategic direction and culture of Continia.

- A proven track record in recruitment, preboarding and onboarding.
- Experience designing, developing and driving P&C initiatives within areas such as leadership development, talent & performance management, competence management and change management.
- Data-driven mindset and extensive hands-on experience working with HR systems (preferably Hi Bob) and a strong interest in optimizing processes through (AI) technology.
- Certification in DiSC Catalyst is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
Who you are
- You build trust-based relationships with leaders at all levels and act as a sparring partner with empathy and professional judgement.
- You handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- You communicate clearly and objectively, and you can distinguish between facts, assumptions and emotions.
- You network naturally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are pro-active, curious, conscientious and quality-minded.
