Beck Sand & Gravel is looking for an Experienced Plant Operator to join our hands-on crew. You'll keep our plant running safely and efficiently, and you'll have a real opportunity to grow into a supervisory or plant management role as you build your future with us.

What You'll Do

• Operate heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile sand, gravel, and aggregate materials.

• Run and monitor aggregate processing equipment to keep production on track and material quality consistent.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and help with repairs and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Support day-to-day plant operations and pitch in wherever the crew needs you.

• Follow safety procedures and help keep a safe, organized work site for everyone.

What You Bring

• Experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or similar machinery.

• Experience working around aggregate processing equipment, such as crushers, screens, conveyors, or wash plants.

• Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.

• A strong commitment to safety and quality work.

• Leadership qualities and an interest in growing into a supervisory or plant management role over time.

• Reliability and a team-first attitude. You show up ready to work alongside the crew.

Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on role at an outdoor aggregate plant. Work takes place in varying weather conditions and around heavy equipment, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Summer months: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Winter months: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Saturdays: Additional hours available depending on workload and seasonal demand.

• Pay: $20.00-$24.00/ per hour, based on experience
