Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Precision Thin-Gauge Aluminum Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong TIG welding skills and experience working with thin-gauge aluminum materials, producing high-quality welds that meet precise specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on thin-gauge aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specifications.
• Produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds with minimal distortion.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment for different material thicknesses and applications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining excellent workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven experience welding thin-gauge aluminum.
• Strong TIG (GTAW) welding skills.
• Experience working with aluminum sheet metal and precision-fabricated components.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, heat control, and material distortion.

Compensation

$25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
