Experienced Project Manager
Summary
Project manager implements a new insurance agreement, coordinating obligations, governance, and payment model changes across departments and reporting to leadership.
For one of our clients in the insurance industry we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help implementing a new large agreement.
Role Overview:
The main agreement must be deciphered to understand the obligations.
The obligations must be organized within the company.
A gap analysis must be conducted concerning current processes, governance, and agreements, e.g., implementation of a new payment model (financing), establishing new governance in several areas, and updating SLA agreements.
It must be identified what changes this entails, and these should be initiated by the responsible departments and implemented.
The project manager will be the overall driving force for the project.
The Project Manager should assist responsible managers in executing the activities that require project management, e.g., facilitating workshops and developing an actionable plan.
Regular reporting to company management and the board is required.
The role demands ongoing dialogues with stakeholders.
Profile:
Experienced project manager with strong stakeholder management skills across departmental leaders and their staff, as well as C-level executives.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
Proven background in implementing a large agreement portfolio or similar within an organization in the insurance industry or similar.
Experience from financial institutions is highly desirable.
