Experienced Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting US-based professionals, particularly Sales Directors, Freight Agents, and Licensed Customs Brokers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US talent market and experience finding qualified candidates for specialized roles, especially those requiring industry-specific knowledge, professional licenses, or onsite work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified US-based candidates for Sales Director, Freight Agent, and Licensed Customs Broker positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Verify relevant industry experience, qualifications, and required professional licenses.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting candidates for US-based positions.
- Previous experience hiring Sales Directors, Freight Agents, and/or Licensed Customs Brokers.
- Familiarity with the US freight, logistics, customs brokerage, or sales industries.
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of the US recruitment market.
- Excellent communication, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to handle specialized roles and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for onsite positions in the United States.
- Background in freight forwarding, logistics, customs brokerage, or B2B sales recruitment.
- Experience sourcing candidates with relevant US customs brokerage licenses or industry credentials.
