Categorize and record financial transactions accurately. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare basic financial reports and identify discrepancies. Coordinate with clients to obtain accounting information and supporting documents. Ensure books are accurate, organized, and up to date. Requirements : 2-3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online . Good understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
