We're looking for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys a varied role combining inbound, replenishment, picking , packing, and occasional coordination of daily operations. You'll be someone who likes taking responsibility, works well with numbers, and enjoys finding smarter ways of working while supporting both the Team Lead and Warehouse Coordinator. What You’ll Be Doing Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming goods. Replenish picking locations and maintain stock accuracy. Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Support daily warehouse planning and help achieve productivity targets. Handle closing shifts and coordinate with transport drivers during collections. Occasionally review warehouse data and identify opportunities to improve workflows and SOPs. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Assist with returns, engraving, cleaning, and other ad hoc warehouse tasks. What We Expect from You Experience in warehouse operations, especially within inbound and replenishment. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Reliable, responsible, and proactive. Structured and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with KPIs, numbers, and daily planning. Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems. Enjoy an active workday involving lifting boxes and around 15,000 steps. Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities. A valid forklift licence. Fluent in English and Danish.
